Welcome to hellificare.com a Warren County Pennsylvania based website put in place in 2004 in memory of Barry Lee Smith who lived his life with passion. This site has nothing to do with the occult or evil it is just a simple sheeple site (I just liked the fire graphics)

HIIC is most likely known for its community forum that at times can be both a blessing and a curse. Sheeple enjoy the dialog and topics and usually if there is something happening around the community you can read about it here first. The host and owners of HIIC take NO RESPONSIBILITY for poster's comments or opinions. We do reserve the right to delete any post or ban anyone we want. You may use any handle you wish or your real name. We will not tolerate the bashing of private citizens. A password is needed to enter the site and is subject to change at any given time, only those registered with us will be e-mailed any new password.

We do permit the use of HTML on the forum as long as it is not abused by placement of pornographic material, we ask that you keep it clean as we don't like smut in our field.

A SHEEPLE is one who just quietly reads and is afraid to post or speak out. They stand in their field and mumble "that's baaaad" yet do little to change things. How saaaad!	A HELLION is one who speaks out and is not afraid, they believe they have a right to their opinion and even if their real name is not out there, they are not afraid to post and speak their mind.
A CREEPLE is one who is part of the "Good Ol' Boys" they have run the community their way for generations and want to keep it that way.	A TROLL is one who comes to the site using many different names and personalities. Just there to really do nothing but cause problems.
A TOPIC is called a THREAD	If there are more than 200 posts in a thread it will go to a 2nd page and so on.
